Will offer pay or tipping be different for orders placed by Target Circle 360 members?
- Pay for these orders will follow the same effort-based pay model that Shipt uses today, which is calculated based on the estimated time and effort to complete the order. Target Circle 360 members will also be able to add tips to any same-day delivery order.
- Orders placed by Target Circle 360 members for other retailers will be placed through the Shipt app or Shipt.com. The tipping experience on the Shipt Marketplace will remain the same.
If a Shipt member transfers their membership to Target Circle 360, will their preferred shoppers remain intact?
- Yes, as long as the membership is under the same email as their Shipt account, their preferred shoppers will transfer to their Target Circle 360 membership.
Can shoppers sign up for a Target Circle 360 membership?
- Shoppers with Shipt are eligible to receive a free Shipt annual membership. For more information, click here.
- Shoppers are welcome to sign up for a Target Circle 360 membership if they’d like to, however, this is not included in their free membership perk.
Can any Shipt member transfer their membership to Target Circle 360?
- Yes, any Shipt member can sign up for Target Circle 360 at any time. When signing up, members should be sure to use the same email address as their existing Shipt membership.
- After signing up, their Shipt membership will not renew at the end of its term. If eligible, they will receive a prorated refund for their Shipt membership.
- Once their membership is transferred, members can place orders both through Target and Shipt with no product markups (excluding select alcohol retailers and items).
