What is transaction matching?
During the checkout process, you’ll be prompted to confirm the order total in the app by selecting from one or more of your recent transactions.
After uploading your receipt photo, select the correct order total from the provided totals listed in the app.
If the correct total is not listed, select Enter manually.
To ensure accuracy, double-check the manually entered total before submitting. You may receive an error message if the total entered seems incorrect.
Tap Process order to complete order processing.
To ensure all items are paid for in one transaction, top shoppers recommend double-checking the items in your cart and asking members if they have any last-minute additions before heading to checkout.
