How do Delivery Only orders from Davinci MFC work?
Delivery Only orders from Davinci MFC are time-flexible, which means shoppers can pick up and deliver the order anytime between its "ready for pickup" and "deliver by" times. The "Early OK" label will also display on the order card to help shoppers identify it is okay to deliver early.
- Time-flexible orders will be offered to shoppers who are on the schedule for that day regardless of scheduled delivery windows, and shoppers can decide how best to fit them into their schedule.
- For optimal order success, it is recommended for shoppers to plan on picking up a time-flexible Delivery Only order when they will be able to deliver it right after leaving the store to avoid order misplacement or damage.
- Since these orders can be delivered at any time, shoppers should send an On the Way message to notify the customer their order will be delivered shortly.

How do shoppers pick up orders from Davinci MFC?
GPS apps may not take you to the correct entrance. Follow the directions below to pick up orders from Davinci MFC:
- From Chimney Rock Rd, turn onto Easy St.
- Turn right at building 13E “Middlebrook Crossroads” (there is a large sign on the building).
- Continue down this side street until it ends, and then take a left.
- Davinci MFC is building 14E (behind building 13E). Look for a ramp and drive-in door.
- Please do not go into the main front entrance. The drive-in door is located around the back.
Once you’ve located the pickup area, park in any available parking space, and select Arrived at store in the app.
Shoppers will need to go inside Davinci MFC to pick up the order, provide an associate with the order number, and scan the QR code on the order label.
Once shoppers have received the order from the associate, they should select Mark as picked up in the app prior to leaving.
What should shoppers do with the receipt?
Receipts for Delivery Only orders should be passed on to the customer since they are ordering directly from the retailer and not through Shipt. The receipt will either be inside the package or secured in a shipping label sleeve.
What do shoppers do if the customer isn't home?
If shoppers get to the customer’s house and no one is home, they should make an attempt to call the customer. If delivery cannot be made, shoppers should contact Shipt Support and return the order to the Davinci MFC location it was picked up from.
What should shoppers do if a customer has a problem with their order?
Shoppers are responsible for maintaining item quality during transportation for Davinci MFC.
Shoppers may politely direct the customer to contact Davinci MFC if faced with questions about the following:

- Add on items
- Substitutions
- Wrong or missing items
