All shoppers with Shipt are required to have personal vehicle insurance, and Shipt does not accept insurance solely through rideshare or rental companies.
If rental car coverage is provided through your personal policy/insurance company, then you will need to provide Shipt with the information for your personal policy prior to driving the rental car. To do this, please email insurance@shipt.com.
