In certain metros, customers may see different options for delivery windows such as a 1-hour delivery window, a 2-hour delivery window, or a 4-hour delivery window. In metros with 4-hour delivery windows, customers will have the option to choose a priority delivery window for an additional fee.
Shoppers will always see a 1-hour delivery window on the offer card, regardless of what the member selects at checkout. This 1-hour window is the time that Shipt has determined is optimal for delivery based on several factors, including shopper availability. As always, shoppers should aim to deliver within the delivery window listed on the offer card. If a customer reaches out with questions about when their order will arrive, experienced shoppers recommend kindly letting them know the 1-hour window that you’ll be delivering within, and keeping them updated on your ETA.
