Shopping at Brothers Market
Below is some helpful information for shoppers to know about shopping at Brothers Market.
What items are prohibited?
Shoppers cannot deliver alcohol, tobacco, prescription/behind the counter medication, lottery tickets or gift cards from Brothers Market. Click here to view the full list of prohibited items for all Shipt orders.
If any of these items are on an order, shoppers can kindly let the member know that those items are not eligible for delivery with Shipt. If the member requests more information, shoppers may politely recommend that they reach out to Shipt Support for further details.
What is the checkout process for Brothers Marketplace?
Once all of the items have been found or marked as not found if an item is unavailable, shoppers will tap Check Out in the app to start processing the order and head to a checkout lane with a store associate.
Then the app will show a Shipt ID number. Shoppers should give this number directly to the store associate in order to process the order properly. In addition, shoppers can identify the order as a Shipt order so the store associate will be ready to take that number displayed in the app.
Shoppers do not need to ask for tax exemption, and should not use a SavingsStar card when checking out.
Will shoppers need to bag items at checkout?
Shoppers will be responsible for bagging groceries if a store employee is not available to assist.
If needed, tips on bagging can be found here.
Can items be returned?
Brothers Market will not accept returns of perishable or non-perishable items.
