No, Balducci's would like shoppers to use a checkout lane with a store attendant.


What items are prohibited?

Shoppers cannot deliver alcohol, tobacco, gift cards, lottery tickets, toll passes, gas passes, propane, nicotine products, or dry ice from Balducci's. Click here to view the full list of prohibited items for all Shipt orders. 

If any of these items are on an order, shoppers can kindly let the member know that those items are not eligible for delivery with Shipt. If the member requests more information, shoppers may politely recommend that they reach out to Shipt Support for further details.


Should shoppers use a rewards card at checkout at Balducci's?

Yes. When shoppers arrive at the register, tap Check Out in the app and present the cashier the rewards number that shows in the app.


Will shoppers need to bag items at checkout?

Can shoppers return items to Balducci's?
