Shipt HQ sends in-app notifications to inform shoppers of important news, app updates, personal shopper milestones, and more.

If you have any unread notifications, a number will display next to the Notifications section of your app to let you know how many messages you haven’t reviewed yet. 

All previously received notifications are archived in the app so you can review and reference them again at any time. You can also use the categories at the top of the page to view all notifications of a certain type, or sort messages by when they were received.

Please note that if you receive any push notifications related to offers or tips, you'll find additional information in the Available orders and Payment history sections of the app.
