Shoppers often receive offers for orders that have the same delivery window as another order they have already claimed. If the newly offered order pairs well with the claimed order, a shopper may decide to manually pair the orders to be completed together.
Shoppers who have successfully delivered more than 10 orders are eligible to manually pair individual orders to be completed together or claim order bundles paired by Shipt. By shopping multiple orders simultaneously and delivering them to members in close proximity, shoppers are able more easily maximize their efficiency and earning potential for a specific delivery window.

When you're ready to start shopping for multiple orders, you can combine the two Shopping Lists together.
- All items will be sorted into a single Shopping List that is color-coded by order to help you identify which items belong to each member.
- When you've finished shopping for both orders and are ready to check out, you can initiate the checkout process separately for each order from the My Orders screen.
Tips for manually pairing orders:
- Claim small or medium-sized orders to be paired together
- It is best to claim orders that are at the same store and have close delivery locations.
- Review the distance for orders prior to claiming them to ensure that you can deliver multiple orders on time within their shared delivery window.
- To view the distance for orders prior to claiming them, tap View on an order's offer card.
- Keep the time of day and traffic in mind as you look to claim orders to ensure that you can deliver multiple orders on time within their shared delivery window.
