Can any approved Shipt Shopper deliver to Walt Disney World Resorts?

The Disney Delivery Certification is only offered in Orlando, and only certified shoppers are eligible to shop and deliver orders that are delivered to Walt Disney World Resorts.

What are the requirements for getting a Disney certification?

To be selected for a Disney certification, shoppers will be considered that have:

  • Completed more than 300 orders
  • Maintain a rating of 4.9 or higher
  • Maintain an OT% of 90% or above

Best Practices for Delivering to Walt Disney World Resorts

When delivering orders to Bell Services at Disney properties, make sure to label bags with the member’s name, number of bags delivered, a detailed summary of what’s in each bag, and note which bags need to be stored in the refrigerator or freezer if they are being held by Bell Services for the member.* Consider using paper bags to make labeling the order easier.

These are general guidelines. Some Disney resorts may have different policies, so it’s always best to reach out to the resort before delivery. 

*The ability to refrigerate items may be limited based on resort.
