What is the program?
The Shopper Sampling Program is an exciting way for select shoppers to provide an even more delightful delivery experience to their customers by including sample bags with goodies provided by Shipt HQ in each Shipt order.
How do I sign up?
At this time, the Shopper Sampling Program is only open to select shoppers in select metros. If it’s available to you, you’ll be invited to sign up via an in-app message from Shipt HQ. If you receive an invitation, check the Notifications tab in the app and use the link sent to you to sign up. Please do not share the link with other shoppers.
I completed the sign-up form. What happens next?
If you sign-up to participate in the Shopper Sampling Program, you will receive confirmation via in-app message by June 19 with next steps.
I was selected to participate. When can I expect my package to arrive?
Your package of sample bags will be delivered between June 20 and June 26.
What is included in the sample bags?
The sample bags include one ice cream koozie and a Hy-Vee promo card.
How should I distribute the sample bags?
That’s up to you! We recommend including one sample bag per Shipt order until your supply runs out or by Friday, July 25. Top shoppers recommend keeping the sample bags out of hot areas and not placing any heavy items on top of them to ensure the quality of the items is maintained.
Should I only include the sample bags in Hy-Vee orders?
No, the sample bags can be included in any order you’re completing with Shipt.
