    • Login and account information will be set up directly with each vendor.




 Who should I contact with questions about my current perks?

Any questions you have regarding your selected coverage or products can be directed to the vendor’s support team. Shipt Support does not have access to individual account information regarding Shipt  Perks.




 What if I have questions about perks I previously set up through Benefitfocus?

You will need to contact the vendor directly for questions regarding your account. Shipt Support does not have access to individual account information regarding Shipt Perks set up through Benefitfocus.
