Why do you need my insurance information?

Since Shipt Shoppers use their personal vehicle when shopping, we are required to ensure proof of auto insurance on shopper vehicles that meets or exceeds state minimum requirements.


Do you have any recommended insurance companies?

Shipt requires that all shoppers maintain an up-to-date auto insurance policy according to their State laws. Because of this, we are not at liberty to recommend a specific insurance company.


How can I update my insurance information?

You can provide updated information if your insurance company, issue date, or policy number has changed. If this information has been updated, please provide these details for your current policy. You can do so by emailing a copy of your insurance card to insurance@shipt.com.
