Shipt HQ sends in-app messages to inform shoppers of important news and app updates. When these messages are sent, they display as a pop-up window when you first open the app. If you ever miss a message or want to review previous messages, you can view all messages you would have received in your messages archive. All previously received messages are archived in the app so you can review and reference them again at any time.

If you have any unread messages from Shipt HQ, a number will display on the Help screen to let you know how many messages you have not reviewed yet.

To access previously sent in-app messages:

• From the main menu, tap Help
• On the Help screen, tap Messages from Shipt HQ
• Tap See All and then select the message you would like to review
