The How many? screen displays after marking an item as found with a requested quantity of 2 or more.
- Use the – and + buttons or manually enter the total quantity of the item
- Tap Add to Cart
If you enter a quantity that is more or fewer than the member requested, the app will prompt you to confirm the quantity is correct.
If only part of the requested quantity is in stock, a best practice is to ask the member if they would like to add another item to their order in place of the items that were unavailable.
- To contact the member, tap the message icon in the top right corner of the How Many? screen.
- If the member would like an additional item to fulfill the original quantity, enter the found quantity of the originally requested item in the app, and then add the item as a new item to the order and enter their requested quantity for it.
What if the quantity requested exceeds the store's limits?
It's possible that you may not be allowed to purchase large quantities of certain items. Quantity rights are reserved and store managers can enforce whatever limit they see fit.
If a manager or store employee says that you cannot purchase the requested quantity of an item, contact the member to inform them how many of the requested item you are able to purchase and ask if that will be alright. Then put back the items you will not be purchasing.
Remember to update the quantity of the item in the app before checking out.
