The How many? screen displays after marking an item as found with a requested quantity of 2 or more. Use the – and + buttons or manually enter the total quantity of the item.
If you enter a quantity that is more or fewer than the member requested, the app will prompt you to confirm that the quantity is correct.
If only part of the requested quantity is in stock, top shoppers recommend asking the member if they would like to add another item to their order in place of the items that were unavailable.
What if the quantity requested exceeds the store's limits?
It's possible that you may not be allowed to purchase large quantities of certain items. Quantity rights are reserved and store managers can enforce whatever limit they see fit.
If a manager or store employee says that you cannot purchase the requested quantity of an item, top shoppers recommend contacting the member to inform them how many you are able to purchase and ask if that will be alright. Then put back the items you will not be purchasing.
Remember to update the quantity of the item in the app before checking out.
