Your Nift gift card is a thank you from Shipt, but it will match you with a gift to a local business or online retailer.
How do I use my Nift gift?
In the email you received with your Nift gift card, you will find a Nift gift code. Just enter this code at www.gonift.com and follow the prompts. You’ll then get matched with your two gift options! Nift also has an app to easily manage your gift cards!
I don’t like my gift offers - can I get a different one?
Of course! After selecting your preferred shopping categories, you’ll get matched with your initial two options. If you don’t like these, you will be able to reset them directly from this page. That being said, you can always email customer-success@gonift.com for assistance.
Where can I use my Nift card?
Nift partners with specific local retailers, restaurants, spas, gyms, and more. We also partner with several online retailers. You’ll be matched with two gift options to participating businesses.
How long do I have to use my Nift gift?
After selecting your gift offer, you will have 21 days to use it. If your gift is to a physical business, you can present the Nift certificate on your phone at check out. Just press the “Redeem” button after showing the certificate to the staff and that’s it!
For an online gift offer, you’ll be presented with a unique promo code and a link to use. You have 21 days to use this promo code on the online retailer’s site.
My gift card is worth $30 but the gift I selected is only $10. Where did the other $20 go?
Don’t worry! If you select a gift that’s lower than $30, you’ll receive an additional Nift via email (or in the Nift app) covering the residual value. For instance, you may receive $10 towards a meal at a local pizza place and then a $20 gift towards skincare products at a beauty brand. You’ll always get at least $30 of value out of each Nift card.
Why do I only see two different gift options? Can I see all gift offers?
Nift only offers two gift options at a time to keep the network fair for our participating businesses. Additionally, Nift's mission is to help great customers discover independent businesses and brands that they may have never visited. To do so, we limit the ability to see a list of the Nift gifts offered in the area.
What is Nift doing with my information?
In order to activate your Nift gift, you will have to sign in and enter your information into the Nift system. Later, you can share your gift preferences with Nift as well as other information that will allow Nift to match you with the best gift. Nift takes privacy very seriously and does not share your information with anyone. You can ask Nift to delete your personal information from the system at any time.
