What do I do if I'm handed a promotional gift card at checkout?

While it is against Shipt's policy to purchase and deliver gift cards, there are a few situations where shoppers may be asked to pass along a gift card or coupon to the member on behalf of the retailer.

For example, Target occasionally provides promotional gift cards with the purchase of specific items, or during a holiday promotion, such as Black Friday. These gift cards are earned by the member as part of their Target purchase and should be given to them upon delivery.

If a shopper accidentally does not pass on a promotional gift card to a member upon delivery, the shopper should reach out to Shipt Support at 205-502-2500 or join LiveChat so credit can be applied to the member's account. Then, the shopper should use the promotional gift card on their next Shipt order at that retailer.
