Delivering from Office Depot

Below is some helpful information for shoppers to know about delivering from Office Depot.

When should shoppers arrive?

Shoppers should arrive at the store 15 minutes before the delivery window begins — this will ensure shoppers have time to enter the store and pick up the customer’s order. To determine the amount of time required for pickup and delivery, shoppers should check the drive time to and from the store.

How do shoppers pick up orders from Office Depot?

Shoppers should park at the store and then tap Arrived at store in the app.

When entering the store, shoppers should look for the designated order pickup area that is red and says “Order online. Pickup here” across the top, and is typically located to the right of the entrance of the store. (see photo below)

Shoppers should search the bags on the shelf for their customer’s name. Once shoppers have the customer’s order in hand, they should select Mark as picked up in the app.

If shoppers do not see an order with the customer’s name or have any issues while trying to find an order, shoppers can ask any store associate for assistance. There will also be a red kiosk next to the pickup area with a button to call a store associate for assistance. (see photo below)

What should Shoppers do if an order has an item that is over 40lbs?

When claiming orders, keep in mind that Office Depot does offer a few items that are over 40lbs. For orders with heavy items, consider reviewing these tips for delivering bulk items.

What do shoppers do if the customer isn't responsive at the time of delivery?

If shoppers get to their customer’s delivery location and no one is home, they should make at least one attempt to call the customer. If there is still no response, shoppers may leave the order at the customer’s door or a safe place for the Office Depot order.

What should shoppers do if a customer has a problem with their order?
