If an order is approaching the delivery window and hasn’t been claimed, you may see on-time delivery pay on the offer card. For these offers, the order must be delivered within the delivery window listed on the offer card for you to receive the extra pay. If the order is delivered within the delivery window, you’ll see the pay reflected as “On-Time Delivery Pay” in your Payment history.
- If the order is delivered up to 30 minutes past the delivery window, you’ll receive late forgiveness, but you won’t receive the on-time delivery pay.
- If the order is delivered more than 30 minutes past the delivery window, you won’t receive late forgiveness or the on-time delivery pay.
- If you claim a bundle with an on-time delivery pay, you'll only receive the extra pay if you deliver all orders in the bundle on time. If you reach out to support to drop one of the orders in the bundle, the on-time delivery pay will be removed.
Orders that qualify for on-time delivery pay will not be eligible for other bonuses.
